1. Images

a)- The Picture Company can accept images in any electronic format (JPEG, TIFF, PDF etc) or a hard copy photograph for scanning.

b)- The Picture Company can accept images via email or via post on CD, memory card, DVD, pen drive etc.

c) - Customers must hold the copyright on the image in question. If the customer does not have copyright of the image then they must get written permission by the owner of the picture. By purchasing artworks from this site the customer is agreeing to these terms and conditions.

d)- The Picture Company does not accept any images larger than A4 for scanning.

e)- The Picture Company will proof the customer if any cropping or image alteration is involved before printing of said image.

f)- The Picture Company cannot be held responsible for any photographs, CD's, memory sticks etc that go missing in the post. It is up to the customer to ensure the safe arrival of all posted items.

g)- The Picture Company will print what is sent. If the image appears out of focus or bad quality the customer will be notified before printing.

h)- The Picture Company may make alternative suggestions to the customer regarding a print if they think there is a better option however the customer will always have to approve a proof before printing commences.

i)- The Picture Company will not print any pornographic, racist or other offensive material.

j)- The Picture Company may choose to use a customers image for promotional purposes. This may include website promotion or general marketing such as brochures, flyers etc.

k)- The Picture Company cannot be held responsible for the warping of a picture frame AFTER delivery. It is up to the customer to make sure the picture is situated in room temperature environment.

l)- No printing will take place until the order has been paid for in advance unless a trade customer.

m)- Customers may only cancel an order if said order has yet to go to print.

2. Prints

a)- The Picture Company will ensure that each print has been produced using the best equipment and inks available to them.

b)- The Picture Company will laminate all prints for added protection against UV light and aging.

c)- The Picture Company will frame each print unless otherwise requested by the customer.

d) All artwork will come 'ready to hang'. No addition framing will be needed.

3. Payment

a)- The Picture Company accepts online payment through PayPal or cheque.

b)- All cheques must clear before order is despatched.

c)- All cheques must be made payable to 'On9'.

d)- No refund will be given on unwanted gifts.

e)- The Picture Company only accepts payment in Euros.

4. Delivery & Postage

a)- All prints and 'art to go' paintings will be despatched within 10 working days.

b)- All painted to order artwork will be despatched within 20 working days.

c)- The Picture Company cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

d)- All customers must provide the relevant contact information for the courier.

e)- The Picture Company will ensure all pictures are packaged sufficiently as to provide protection whilst in transit.

5. Shipping Costs

Collection from store - FREE
Republic of Ireland - €7.50

We do not deliver outside of the Republic of Ireland

6. Returns Policy

a)- The customer must inform The Picture Company of the return within 24 hours of receipt of product(s).

b)- All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of product(s).

c)- The Picture Company will replace any damaged items but will not offer a refund on damaged items unless 5.a) & 5.b) apply.

5- Copyright

a)- All website content, including any images and text used in this site and any marketing material remain copyright of The Picture Company. Any breach of this copyright will be pursued legally.
